Data Summarises Our Story

Hello World! According to the Engineering Design Process, one important stage after rolling out our website and posting blogs is to Communicate, and this is where we turned to statistics for help. Upon observing the stats since the launch of our website, we found that there are visitors from up to 51 different countries and areas around the globe leaving their footprints on https://flljourney2023-24.com/, among which more than 3300 visits from Germany, even slightly exceeding local visits from Australia.
Facing this surprising surge of visits, my curiosity starts to boil — I wonder why it happened. So, I searched on the Internet and found that FLL schedule in Germany actually falls behind us badly! For example, the regional tournaments for FLL Challenge in Germany will kick off in early December, around the same time as we will have FLL National Championship here in Australia. Moreover, the qualification tournaments of FLL Challenge in Germany will take place in late February or early March 2024, and Final for Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be launched in next April.
So far, are you thinking what I am thinking? Yes. The high volume of visits from Germany must mean that these teams are learning from our website and blogs for their upcoming FLL competitions!
This is very encouraging news to hear! Because our original motivation of launching website and blogs is to help rookie teams to prepare for FLL competitions, and now more and more teams from around the world receiving our virtual support makes our efforts paid off.
