Hello World! Have you ever felt discouraged, or angry towards your teammates for perhaps… messing up a perfect run? Well, those negative feelings should NEVER be shown towards your teammates.
In FLL, Core Values plays a VERY important role, and showing anger towards teammates is absolutely not the way to go. Gracious Professionalism is a way of doing things that encourages high quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the community. This means treating others with respect, and never blaming people for their mistakes. Who knows when YOU will be the one making the mistakes! However, if that happens, you certainly do not want to be left out and scolded, do you?
From now on, let’s all be great teammates, and encourage each other to improve and fix their mistakes. Remember, FLL is about having fun.
