CORE VALUES

Hello World! This year, 2023 October 28th will be a FLL Game. There are 4 parts of which compose FLL. These 4 aspects are Core Values, Innovation Project, Robot Game and Robot Design. This article will be about Core Values. Core Values, for short, is teamwork. You must show teamwork and dedication to your team to gain points. All four parts consist of 25% of the whole score.
The 6 Core Values:
fun – Fun is a common but beneficial core value that recognizes the importance of enjoyment and positive experiences at times. When people find joy and satisfaction in their work, they are more likely to be motivated, creative, and focus on their own goals. It can lead to a more positive attitude towards themselves.
teamwork – Teamwork is a common but highly valuable core value that emphasises the power of collaboration and cooperation within a group. It allows individuals to work well within a group such as effective communication, and sharing ideas to one another during work time.
discovery – Discovery is an essential part of core values as it encourages exploration, growth, and innovation. It involves building new knowledge, ideas, and approaches to complex concepts. In my coding team, NewAI, discovery can be shown through their commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technology! By exploring new developments, my team can share their skills and discover innovative solutions to problems. This discovery not only keeps the team ahead, but also shows discovery in new and improved ideas.
innovation – Innovation is one of the most challenging core values as it requires constant improvement, and growing creativity. It involves pushing your mindset and challenging your creativeness. Innovation has to have creativity, and patience, as it often involves errors from failures. Despite its difficulties, innovation is a must for growth.
impact – Most people forget that impact is one of the most hardest core values. Impact is an aspect of core values as it shows a difference to the world. You must understand success not only for yourself but also by their ability to change, lasting on others.
inclusion – Inclusion is an important core value because everyone needs to feel included. Inclusion can cause a sense of belonging and encourages collaboration. It has an effect on how people can be treated equally and make them feel good about themselves and make them feel like they are included in the group.
